1. Delete inside Ghost Inventory
Open Ghost Inventory and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Review the confirmation message and complete the deletion flow while signed in.
2. Request deletion without the app
Email Ghost Inventory Support from the email address associated with your Ghost account. Use the button below to prepare the request.
Request Account DeletionSupport may need to verify that the requester controls the account before deletion. Do not send your password, recovery passphrase or encryption key.
3. What the Ghost deletion process removes
- Ghost authentication account associated with the request.
- Encrypted Ghost Cloud snapshot and stored cloud attachments.
- Ghost subscription-entitlement and account-plan record.
- Associated cloud records targeted by the account-deletion function.
Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.
4. Data saved on your device
The in-app deletion confirmation states that inventory currently saved on the phone may remain on that device. To remove local records, delete them in the app before account deletion or clear Ghost Inventory’s app storage/uninstall the app after confirming you no longer need the local data.
5. Google Play subscription
Deleting a Ghost account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel separately through Google Play: profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ghost Inventory → Cancel subscription.
